The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nelson Cardona.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Ischemic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Cardiac Arrest

Cause of Death C: Acute Methamphetamine Intoxication
