Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roberto Vasquez Hernandez.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Alcohol and Drug Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
