Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black female that occurred at a public sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Thelma Jones.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Phencyclidine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use
