Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Melody Roth Painter.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hemorrhagic Stroke

Cause of Death B: Effects of Amphetamine, Clinical

Other Significant Condition: History of Hypertension
