Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Rafael Vazquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Mirtazapine and Diphenhydramine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as Vasquez.
