The coroner’s office identified the woman as Celestine Williams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use
