Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Molina-Ixcoy.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Spontaneous Hemoperitoneum

Cause of Death B: Chronic Ethanol Use

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was also an alcoholic.
