(L.A.) Williemea Steele, 40, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black female that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Williemea Steele.

Height: 5 feet 7 inches / Weight: 200 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP WILLIEMEA STEELE (January 14, 1986 – April 3, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The decedent had just been cited by Santa Monica PD on March 24 for possession of drug paraphernalia. Her booking record shows her birthday as being August 14.

She had also been picked up by Pasadena Police on January 21 for shoplifting an idea under $950. At the time, her birthday was noted as being January 14.
