Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a shelter.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Raul Calixto.

RIP RAUL CALIXTO (July 21, 1982 – February 6, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:04 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early July after tox results came back.
