Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Trevon Nelson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Phencyclidine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Recent Cocaine Use, Mild Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
