The coroner’s office identified the man as Jeffrey Fowlkes.

Cause of Death: Acute Effects of Cocaine

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity, Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The government investigator indeed spelled the decedent’s name as Jeffrey and not Jeffery.
