(L.A.) Francisco Fuentes, 65, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Francisco Fuentes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The decedent was hit by an SUV as he ran into lanes of traffic in Long Beach.

LB Police said the incident happened at around 8:00 p.m., when a 2023 Hyundai Tucson was going west on Del Amo Boulevard in the area of Locust Avenue.
