(L.A.) Jerry Sandoval, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jerry Sandoval.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methadone and Olanzapine

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Alcohol Use, Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-July, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.
