The coroner’s office has identified the man as Luis Ramirez Crisostomo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:57 p.m.

The government investigator had initially identified the man as Luis Montana.

A Catholic organization has indicated that the decedent may have been homeless.
