Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred in an emergency room.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Gabino Barrera-Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Polysubstance Intoxication (Methamphetamine, Benzodiazepines)

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Polysubstance Abuse, Epilepsy with Recent Alcohol-Related Seizures, Hyponatremia, Anemia, and Melena
