Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black male that occurred at MacArthur Park.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Tyrone Brazil.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Combined Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: History of Polysubstance Abuse
