The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tuyet-Anh Lu.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Stroke

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Cerebrovascular Atherosclerosis; Atrial Fibrillation; Hypertension
