Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Desiree Santillano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
