(L.A.) Richard Allen, 57, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Allen and listed his race/ethnicity as simply Asian [sic].

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.
