Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kyle Dunklin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Hypoxic Injury

Cause of Death B: Drug Toxicity

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
