(L.A.) Nelson Castaneda, 39, Died on a Parking Lot Island

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male whose lifeless body was found on an island in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Nelson Castaneda.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Methamphetamine Intoxication
