(L.A.) Breanna Flores, 25, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Breanna Flores.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.

The decedent had tattoos on her neck, arms and chest.

Drug use often occurs within a shared social ecosystem rather than in total isolation.
