(L.A.) Angel Torres, 25, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Angel Torres of Florida.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

RIP ANGEL TORRES (May 4, 2000 – February 13, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday night.

The shooting happened in the north parking lot of the Fox Hills Westfield mall at around 7:20 p.m.

Culver City Police would later say he was one of three suspects in a robbery.
