Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Asian male who passed away at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Wenji Hu.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
