Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Anne Herrington.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
