(L.A.) Javier Chaidez Mendoza, 31, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male who passed away at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Javier Mendoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine

RIP JAVIER CHAIDEZ MENDOZA (May 12, 1994 – January 24, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The decedent was buried at Inglewood Park Cemetery on February 11. He shares space with Jose Chaidez Zazueta (July 16, 1956 – March 1, 2021).
