The coroner’s office identified the man as Jorge Calderon Alvarado.

Cause of Death A: Complications of Traumatic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Subdural Hematoma

Cause of Death C: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: End-Stage Renal Disease on Dialysis; Diabetes Mellitus Type 2; Hypertension; Hepatitis C; Hyperlipidemia
