Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at an apartment complex.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Victor Flores Espinal.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Blunt Force; Inhalation and Thermal Injuries
