Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a public bathroom.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Deborah Wright.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Drug Intoxication From Combined Use of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine
