The coroner’s office identified the woman as Angel Sumler.
Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Allen.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Carbon Monoxide, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.
The decedent was one of three decomposing bodies found inside a tunnel under the 8500 block of Olive Street.
