(L.A.) Stacy Martin, 70, Died in a Nursing Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Stacy Martin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction (Choking on Food)

Other Significant Conditions: Dysphagia, Dementia, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
