Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Gina Hatch.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Basilar Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Ruptured Berry Aneurysm

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine
