(L.A.) Pam Padilla-Goar, 65, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Pam Padilla-Goar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hemorrhgaic Cerebrovascular Accident

Cause of Death B: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes Mellitus
