Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Fessal Anwar and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian + Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Ethanol
