Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Marian Oquinn.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death C: Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine, Morbid Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
