(L.A.) Leslie Foe, 72, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old Black male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Leslie Foe Sr. Born in the state of Louisiana.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP LESLIE JOSEPH FOE SR. (May 25, 1953 – December 9, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early February, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
