Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ok Tae Yu.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Complications of Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Dementia Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus
