The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Jackson. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Mean.

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Alcohol, Cocaine, Fentanyl and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late June / early July after tox results came back.

Drug deaths are frequently classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves.
