Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Herendich.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Non-Traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Emergency

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine (Clinical)
