(L.A.) Sherrion Kemp, 68, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Sherrion Kemp.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
