Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 98-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Louis Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Aspiration Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Alzheimer’s Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Subdural Hematoma; Chronic Kidney Disease; History of Stroke
