Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old Black male that occurred on a freeway.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Henry Zachery.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertrophic Heart Disease

Cause of Death C: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus with Recurrent Hypoglycemia; Chronic Renal Disease; Blunt Traumatic Injuries
