(L.A.) Jose Arellano Flores, 46, Died in an Ambulance

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Latino male that occurred in an ambulance.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Arellano Flores.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Substance Intoxication (Ethanol, Fentanyl, Methamphetamine)

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

The government investigator had initially misspelled the decedent’s name as Arrellano.
