Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gaudy Melo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Mixed Drug (Fentanyl and Oxycodone) Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Cannabis Use, Asthma, Covid-19 Infection
