The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Taki Brooks.

Cause of Death: Sudden Unexpected Infant Death Associated with Unsafe Sleep Environment

Other Significant Conditions: Prematurity; Environmental Exposure Factors (Including Stimulant Exposure)
