Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as James Grajeda.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

RIP JAMES M GRAJEDA (July 15, 1966 – November 4, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The government investigator had initially misspelled the decedent’s surname as Grejeda.
