Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 73-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Lopez.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: History of Metastatic Prostate Carcinoma
