Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gilberto Magallanes Avila.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Subdural Hematoma and Cervical Spine Fractures

Cause of Death B: Blunt Force Head and Neck Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Wheelchair-Bound Status; Advanced Age
