(L.A.) David Vallier, 42, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Black male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Vallier.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Ketamine, and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Obesity

RIP DAVID B VALLIER (October 12, 1982 – October 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
