(L.A.) Giovanna Hernandez, 30, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Giovanna Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
